Follow this recommendation to manipulate the VisionR 
STEP 1 Introduce the exam to the patient

STEP 2 Clean the forehead rest & face shields
STEP 3 Place and center the phoropter head in front of the patient’s eyes.STEP 4 Turn the forehead rest knob in order to adjust the vertex distance
