During refraction or usage of the device, the keyboard is very slow to react
Check the % on the top left corner
If it shows less than 40% - Switch the Vision-R system OFF and back ON.
Remove fingerprint smudges with a tissue or soft microfiber cloth.
Check that the B letter is displayed temporarily in the top left corner when doing any action
If the error message is still displayed even after performing the procedure above, turn off the power, disconnect the power cord and contact technical support.
The objective data can not be imported or exported.
Error code: 1005 – Failed to communicate with CBOX

The Monitor has gone black.
The sleep function may be activated.
Press any button to wake the device from the sleep mode.
Nothing appears on the keyboard display when the power switch is turned on. Double-check all power connections for the keyboard, phoropter head, and power supply module first before proceeding.
Case n°1: Blue-touch button on the top right-hand side of the keyboard is illuminated
Turn the keyboard OFF and back ON. Watch and listen to the phoropter head to see if the initialization process occurs.
•If the initialization does not occur and no sound is heard from the phoropter head, there may be an issue with the power supply. Contact technical service.
•If the initialization process of the phoropter head occurs.. Make sure the RJ45 cable is secured to the Internet port of the power supply.
Case n°2: Blue-touch button on the top right-hand side of the keyboard is not illuminated
It is likely that a power supply cord is not secure. Check the power cord from the keyboard to the power supply and the power supply to the wall to ensure that they are secure and well seated.
Case n°3 : Blue-touch button on the top right-hand side of the keyboard lights up then turns OFF
Unplug the cable of the head and start the process again

When selecting an optotype, it is not displayed on CSPola600
The Vision-R 800 communicates with the CSPola600 screen via Infrared. There are several things that can cause this:
Ensure that the CSPola600 screen is turned on and plugged in securely to the power outlet.
A halogen bulb light source in the room can affect the Infrared signal between the phoropter and the chart screen
Turn the light source OFF and change the test. Then turn the light source back ON to proceed.
If the issue is resolved when the halogen light is turned off, it is recommended to change to LED bulbs.
The room has large frosted surfaces made up of glass panels that reflect the InfraRed signal.
Change the position/orientation of the CSPola &/or of the head
Ensure that there is no smartphone or tablet with a TrueDepth camera (3D) near the devices.. The technology used for this affects the Infrared signal..
Impossible to adjust PD, Vertex or change data on one eye (ERROR 1023)
Error due to eye lock (left, right or both) is displayed at anytime you want to modify
Unlock the keyboard.

measurement range of the device.
Take a measurement within the measurement range.
It will also occur if your system is locked from doing -/+ Cylinder, -/+ sphere, or -Add.
