How to Register to Essilor Instruments Help Center

1) Click on Sign Up on the top right.

2) Fill up the field.
> First and Last Name
> Your email
> Captcha code



3) Wait between 2 and 12 hours for approval email.
Check your junk and spam folder for invitation email.

4) If your registration is approved.
You will be receiving a similar email between 2 and 12 hours after registration.
Otherwise, the administrator will contact you for additional information.


5) Click on "Accept the Invitation"
Insert the password you will use to access the Help Center



If you are using an iPhone or iPad is possible you will have a message.
"Cookie is disabled in your browser. Please enable the cookie to continue"


To avoid that message, follow this steps:
1) On your iPhone, open the "Settings" App
2) Scroll and tap on the "Safari" item
3) Scroll down "Privacy & Security" 
4) Disable Prevent Cross-Site Tracking (Image below)
5) Go back to the email and click on "Accept the Invitation" 
You should be able to continue.
6) Repeat step (4) and set the option active.
