How to give remote access to Essilor Support Vision R/S
Introduction:
The Vision-R series and Vision-S series counts with a remote access tool that allows Essilor technicians to have access to the equipment and access the setup parameters and diagnosis tools remotely.
1. Go to settings
2. Click on Remote Control
3 - Then a session code (2) will be generated. Please inform this number to the technician to give access to your equipment.
- Please ensure that your internet connection is functional
- Only give the session code pin to an Essilor Technician
